Important Information

Device compatibility for voice roaming

Customers who have migrated to Brava's new voice roaming service should be aware that voice roaming is currently supported only on Apple iPhone 8 and later models.

✓Supported devices

  • Apple iPhone 8 through iPhone 17, and newer compatible iPhone models

✕Not supported for voice roaming

  • Samsung devices
  • Redmi devices
  • Logic devices
  • Other Android smartphone brands and models

Customers using unsupported devices may still be able to access data services where available, but voice roaming functionality will not operate while travelling.

Avoid unexpected charges

You will be billed for roaming when:

  • Connected to a non-approved roaming partner in any eligible destination.
  • Roaming in countries not included in this offer.
